Tina Doe has skills which she has been able to use to assist in the professional learning of teachers at my school. We are implementing the Dimensions of Learning Framework in a school setting from Preparatory to Year 12.  In 2008, we were at the stage of implementation where we needed to action our understanding and put all the talking into practice: we needed a Critical Friend / Mentor. Tina Doe was able to work with the teachers in small teams; this model worked most successfully because the teachers and Tina worked very well together.

Tina has the capacity to work hard. She pre plans thoroughly after asking clarifying questions regarding the aims of her intended work on site.  She is a Consultant who wants to be responsible for positive outcomes for the teachers and the school where she is working. She is very adaptable when working with teachers and will quite happily "do it their way" if that is required. Teacher Feedback was thoroughly positive. Teachers relate to Tina's energy, enthusiasm, commitment and obvious knowledge. They are very happy to continue working with Tina.
